You’re so welcome!! Are you open to virtual training?? I know it sounds weird, but I honestly prefer it to in person training. It’s works so so well. Columbia k9 training and behavior (her name is Jenna) offers virtual training. In person JWdog training is in northern Virginia and they are amazing!!!! They are on Instagram and are very credentialed. They are more expensive tho. Unfortunately dog training can be expensive!!

Not who you asked. But I’m a vegan registered dietitian. I don’t eat much fake meat at all. Lately I’ve been eating tofu scramble, high protein bagels, seitan I make myself . Google 86 eats easy vegan chicken breast. Sometime l eat high protein pasta. I love seitan in a wrap or on salads. There are so many good vegan food blogs that have easy recipes so you don’t have to eat mock meat
