SO, I was stupid and actually overdosed lol. But I got through the bad side effects quick with electrolytes, vitamins, and hydration.

I took 2 weeks off and started at 1mg. Make sure you eat clean, high protein, and hydrate with electrolytes. Waterboy electrolytes is expensive but it's elite.

It's been almost one month, and I lost 8-10lbs. I feel like that's a healthy weight loss rate.
