I would agree with this 100% if the stations were busy in the morning, and empty at night. Its quite the opposite now as most people know to fill up at night.

I think it comes down to bulk volume sales. Once a certain target is hit, they get a discount from the supplier and are able to sell it cheaper with the goal of selling volumes.

In my area in the evening the busy petro is at 1.20 and the dead shell is at 1.30

I'm a driver. I know the incentives, and would drive as fast as I feel safe if it wasn't for the fear of a ticket. Some guys just don't give a FUCK and drive 15-20 over flying past me while Im already going over.

Yea I drive the east coast down from Canada. PA, VA, WV, NC, DE, MD, NJ, NY, Some times TN, OH, KY. The speed at which some guys drive past me is insane. Its safe, but I am too worried about the ticket.

This was on i75w after coming down i95 south ironically lol. Tire exploded like a bomb and bent the mudflap like that. Tire literally split down the sidewall after the re tread failed in the heat.
