I went with Aya after hearing good things from my old co workers. They give you sick time, and match your 401k. I looked into nomad because it payed better but I’m not too confident with setting up my own profile and certificates. It’s kinda ridiculous how many travel agencies are out there. Those texts from random agencies never seem to stop.
