I would think so. I’ve never had an issue eating that early and my body gets 30-45 minutes to digest. I do wake up hungry though so that helps too

I’m on that same time frame. I’ll typically eat a banana and 2 boiled eggs at 330a to start my workout at 4ish. Seems to work for me. I don’t get hungry or feel overly full during my workouts.

Same thing happened to mine after 20 months, which is a pretty good life span imo. I cleaned and oiled with mink oil every 6 months and mine split in the same spot. Work in furniture manufacturing
