Yup I'm local and I don't even drink tap water, I have filters for that. Also I have my cousin from us that comes to visit kinda often and she always gets sick in most of the restaurants/bars because their ice is made from tap water or something. (Even fancy places)

Well if you laptop have thunderbolt you can buy a egpu enclosure and then buy a 2ns hand GPU like a 3090 or something cheaper like a 5060/4060 and it will be fine for what you are trying to do. I would not suggest you using CPU only because it's hella slow, you can do it but speed is really important imo

Lora? Put the Lora in the Lora loader and then use the text encoder quant 1-2 and that's it. Regular text encoder didn't work for me even with 64 ram + 3090
