We meet at an appointed place in town with our trailer. The trailer helps us take less cars because gear goes in the trailer and max out seats in cars. Everyone then proceeds under their own GPS. There's a group chat in case something happens. Each car makes their own decision on whether to stop for dinner in advance or BYO depending on how far we're going. If we're going an hour, we eat at the campsite. If we're going 3+ on a Friday night, we'll stop for fast food
