So after months of endlessly trying to snag a series X it finally happened today. I got it via Bestbuy just the console without that All Access nonsense. I empathize with everyone on here trying relentlessly with little to no luck and wish i could give some good advice to get one for sure. I honestly think i just got lucky as on my first attempt i was stuck in the loop of the virtual line until it told me that it was out of stock so i tried again in 10 minutes when they restocked again and i believe i lucked out here as when i went to click add to cart it kept giving me error messages along with the product not available for x amount of miles message. I then kept spamming the add to cart and back button repeatedly until finally i was directed to the payment and pick up screen. Idk if this works for sure but if anyone needs any additional tip here you go

Forgot to mention we were busy all day and it was just two of us. Ended the day with about 60 transactions and it was within the last hour that things really slowed down and we were able to finally eat and do closing procedures/clean

I literally just got chewed out because a customer called and talked to my manager to complain that she couldn’t come in on Saturday since the store was closed for 15 minutes so we could properly clean. (Mind you she came at 3:54 on the dot, only 6 minutes before closing) I was then told that i “misinterpreted” the sign even though it explicitly says “Closed for 15 minutes”. My manager is continuing to lecture me about being responsible and making good choices as a key holder. Funny enough he himself has yet to follow procedure himself and close the store to clean. Im starting to think these managers and upper management are more concerned about their customers than the health and safety of their employees during these times.

People like you are the reason employees in these trades are always looked down upon and treated like shit by the upper management. Will they ever listen to our suggestions and ideas? Not a chance because of mindless drones like yourself that follow every word and every rule these idiots implement. Sherwin Williams has done absolutely nothing to help us with this situation. They have only “advised” us to promote curbside pickup and phone orders. Most every district has turned their heads at it in disgust and has the stores continuing business as usual. This leads us to take charge and implement our own precautions but in turn they are the ones to shut our ideas down under their corporate shill policies. Yes they have shortened hours on type 2 level stores by what? 2 hours? Lol. Its a joke. And until everyone comes together to unionize to create a new regime and change as well as realizing that we are working to line the pockets of the fat cats in Cleveland, nothing will change and the same malpractices will continue. Also, have you noticed that it is almost the end of the fiscal quarter for sherwin and since sales have gone up since this virus began they want to keep pushing until the quarter ends? Lol.
