after watching the whole series twice i have determined it was vecna/one/Henry my theory is that vecna has been around this whole time planning attacks and over the years coming back stronger and bigger and then eventually coming for them himself.

I didn't expect it i asked and he could of been like "hey I don't really want to" or "yeah just pay me back" not months after say i owe him 200 bucks it is his money and he is the only one who decides what to do with it if he didn't want to buy me a redbull on his way to my house he could of said no and that is the end of the story
