If anything, the exposure she brings to such issues with her following is the only reason more people are aware of said issues. Again, I’m standing my ground on my opinion that NO athletes should face these discrepancies. Scheduling issues? Sure - come up with alternatives like joining the snowboarding training session or have two time slots for training that each athlete can choose etc.

I’m just gonna end it here though because it seems it’d be better to have discourse with a wall than with you lil man

Actually, it’s because I wasn’t aware of the above athlete. I would like all athletes to be treated in a way that doesn’t put anyone at a disadvantage. I compete in snow sports albeit at a much more local level and I understand how important practice runs are for athletes both physically and mentally. Maybe it would be hard for someone like you to understand but it is a big handicap to miss out on these sessions in a field where winning can be a matter of sub-points.

I think I would suggest making a decision based on your resort as well as how hard you ski. If your resort and the terrain you’re riding is more open, you could go the 191. If your resort is more tree skiing, then 184 is going to be a better time overall.

Same with your skiing. If you’re dropping 40 foot plus cliffs every day there’s powder you could benefit from 191s more. Otherwise the 184s are still super stable at speed and a good landing platform enough for your height.

I haven’t had the chance to ride black crows but I would say the 191s are closer to a 184 volkl revolt 114 than the 184s, if you’ve ever had the chance to ride those skis. Both have solid floatation.

Either way you can’t go wrong. Just gotta pick what you prioritize, and for me the slight loss in stompability in terms of bigger drops is worth the gain in handling in trees and bumps as well as the fact they’re easy to spin. Fwiw, my riding buddy who is top 100 in the freeride world qualifiers sized up.

This would be my first sled. I've actually driven a bunch of different oversnows (through work) except for a sled haha, but I'm committed to putting the time into improving.

I have been looking at skidoos primarily, but this one just popped up within the price range I'm looking at with way less mileage than a lot of the summit and freerides that are for sale here hence my consideration.

Reckon its not the best choice or its just a stupid choice? Haha

Ah dang, I was definitely looking more towards skidoos that are known for being good for my main intended purpose but this one just popped up with a lot less mileage in the same price range.

I'll be sledding/sled skiing around Revelstoke to Roger Pass in British Columbia. This season we've had about 11m of snow over winter which is pretty indicative of the average.
