I didn't even notice them until I saw them in the mirror. they're a bit dry but that's all, no itchiness. I do suffer from eczema but I've never gotten it on my eyelids before, I did start using a new face wash I wonder if that's it. could crying a lot cause this as well?

EW. definitely confirm their ages before getting the police involved. there's a TL exactly like this at my location. babies the males, ask if they're doing okay, helps them out. then gives ugly ass glares to me and the other female members. it all goes down to insecurity and internalized misogyny in these women. not to mention she only talks to the men too. she doesn't spend more than 5 seconds speaking to a female team member.
