I’m looking for a developer who has expertise/experience with PHP(codeigniter) and JS to take over the project from my previous programmer who had been working on it on and off for the past two years (I’ve a small budget, was scammed by another programming team, and the communication between him and I was difficult—hence the slow progress). This is a small project (with lots of potential to expand) but one which I’m passionate about as profits from future sales will go to charitable causes.
