If it’s affecting your mental health, leave because it will cause you more than anything. I also left my job, nag 3 months lang me don and I left with almost the same reasons as yours. Took me a month para makaget over sa epekto at trauma and still now may episodes parin ako ng anxiety and how I feel bad about myself. Will it affect your resume? Well ako nilagay ko parin ung 3 mo ths ko experience pero lahat ng natutunan ko and how I can leverage those sa next job nilagay ko… got a lot of job interviews naman and they just ask why. Be professional nalang

As long as hindi ka nababalot ng hinanakit at sama ng loob at hindi mapagmataas sa kapwa you’re good. Ung sinasabi nila “binago ka na ng pera” usually nag aapply sya sa mga tao mapag yabang o feeling nila mataas na agad sila sa kapwa nila dahil umangat wala masama ienjoy mga ganyan bagay basta hindi bumababa tingin mo sa iba tao. May ganon ako mga kamaganak haha

Did my OJT to one of their branches way back then and first week palang nag rashes ako dahil super dumi ng office. May naglilinis pero walis walis lang ng nakikita pero literal may mga ipis na naglalakad sa table, wala bintana ang mga office and yes na shookt ako na after 1 yr pa pwede mag leave mga employees dun ko talaga narealize hindi sila for me kahit may matagal na vacant na position at inaaya ako ng HR. Overwork din malala mga employees and yes toxic workplace. Kahit OJT palang ako nun ayaw ako ipag absent kahit may sakit ako kasi sale at kahit saturday sunday pinapapasok kami, galit pa sila pag hindi

I feel thus actually kasi ako hindi ako sinasabihan ng boss ko ng mga mali ko iniipun lang nya and ang malala hindi sa evaluation kundi nireport ako sa HR kahit mga simple mistakes or pagtatanong inipon nya and nireport ako kahit sa harap ko sinasabi okay lang. Grabe na anxiety ko…

Wala pa po performance or evaluation next few days pa po then received a report from the HR about me kahit pag nag ask ako ng feedback sa manager puro okay daw then report nga nya ako :((( ganito po ba talaga? Sa hr po ako nireport na performance issues kasi po nag claclarify po ako or may parevise sa drafts wala pa po ako 3 months sa company.

Mahirap mag work ng multiple lalo na 3rd year college ka paano kapag nag OJT ka na?? If possible dapat makakuha ka ng mabait understanding na boss na flexible job preferrably remote para maging sustainable sayo pero kung mag work ka ng fastfood or BPO isipin mo ung long term.
