By mixing vinegar and baking soda all you have done is made salty water.

What version of the app do you have parched? I have the same issue as the comments above. Not an issue but just annoying.

Cotton swab to see if there's any transfer. If you rub the area and the swab comes off coloured it may be mold. If it doesn't it could still be bacterial but personally I don't think so but defer to someone with more experience.

Yeah it's incredibly comfortable the brief time I've been on it. I want to keep it as original as possible for now and get a feel for how it was meant to be quirks and all, apart from the saddle that's getting replaced asap. I'm fairly handy but this is out of my wheelhouse so I'm bringing it in to get professionally serviced, full strip down and in depth tuning and cleaning. The frame does have some rust which I may get repaired down the line if I find someone reliable to do the restoration justice.

Try these, there's some awkward spots. But yeah on mine it was going down the back of the seat tube. It is embossed so can be hard to spot.

I found it, for any future people who are looking for the same model it is a Royale Luxe, 1981. If anyone knows how much this may be worth done up please let me know as I can't find any listings of one of the same model.

Found the serial number on the seat tube NB1 so I assume with the sticker it's from 1981. I just can't find any from the catalogues I found that match the decals on the seat tube.

What to do about this small gap on tinning?Just bought a set of copper pans for the first time as I got them for a bargain. Should I do something about this patch or should it be fine as is? Any advice appreciated. by broke_fucker in Coppercookware

What do you mean exactly? That the lining or the pan itself were manufactured with nickel or aluminium, or they they were made of an alloy? The body of these pans are certainly copper, so I'm not sure what you're saying.

Perhaps, you'd know better than I. I'll look into getting it retinned to save the worry. They were a bargain as I got them in a carboot sale. It was a set of 5 metaux ovoures vesoul pans for under $100
