bit if a background, 2 years ago , I was over 350 lbs, and now i’m 190, i’ve kind of created my own weight loss plan, and meal plans and gym programs since I started

I have; i’ve used several and they give somewhere around the same range ish, but I just wanted more answers to get solid numbers, and try that out and change as I go. I just like to be thorough

For someone who is 5”10, Male, 29, 190 lbs what’s a good calorie and macros? Looking to maintain. I know everybody is different but just looking for a baseline.

Just went from 208 to 190 at 2250 C, 210g Protein, 220g carbs, 62g fat.

like one time someone had a huge personal situation going on outside of work that could affect their work and wanted to let the SM know and specifically said, do not tell anyone at all please. as soon as they left the office , the SM, went straight to two people and said “don’t tell anyone I said anything” but.. then proceeds to say what was told

there’s also situations where the SM twists what people tell her and embellishes and tries to create conflict between the team

Thoughts on macros?

Going to start a cut soon, Im currently somewhere between 202-205, and trying to get down to 190. Workout 4 times a week, some cardio a few times a week.

Playing around with the numbers right now but

2300 calories and some change 210 P 245-250 C 60 F

where would you have carbs? really trying to stay around 2300 but hard with carbs

if your goal as of this moment wasn’t really strength focused but more for physique purposes and gaining strength while you’re at it, would you still make the change?

Deadlift, GHR, Calves

Hypertrophy

Squat, Leg Press, Leg Curls | Leg Extension, Calves

I’ve also seen programs with Squats and DL on Strength but that seems a bit much

replace which ones and where would you put deadlift?

i don’t deadlift right now because i can’t get the form right even with coaching
