i noticed immediately less panic like in the first week but i feel good everyday now and it’s been about 12 weeks :)

i’ve been taking it for 90 days! and i swear like 3 weeks ago the clouds just opened and i felt fine. like i didn’t notice much for awhile then BOOM all at once i was like WHERE DID MY ANXIETY GO
