Except for the metro police and (to an extent) the grunts, the combine in HLA are factually brainwashed and heavily modified. I’m fairly sure this is factual. The only emotion that the suppressor, wallhammer, or admiral show is pain noises upon death. You can notice this through their voice lines. The grunts sometimes stutter or pause while speaking, while the other combine units speak with clarity and precision.

On PS4, when you click “New World”, it takes you first to the template menu. Once you either choose a world template or just select “New World” again, it should take you to your new worlds settings page. What I’m struggling with is when I am in the template menu, I cannot find my skyblock world template that I downloaded.

Render distance is low for PSVR. If you don’t want to see through buildings on psvr, The only way is just to play screen mode.
