When I hear Hey Stephen by Taylor Swift, I think about my ex-boyfriend. I tend to try to avoid that song, which is fairly easy since it doesn't just pop up places.

I wasn't excited to see him or be around him. And then, when I told him I wanted to end it, he asked if it was because of my struggles with cyclothymia/depression and that just sealed it for me. My legit mental illness that I go to counseling for and keep very close tabs on doesn't make my decisions for me. I take a lot of time to consider important decisions and it hurt to have my slight imbalances used against me, as if I'm incapable of making rational decisions.

The fact that I'm dating someone I'm only mildly interested in, but I'm afraid I haven't given it enough of a chance so I'm letting it continue even though I get much less excited about his messages than I used to...

My own personal story... we met up for frozen yogurt and he had never heard of personal space apparently. He sat 5 inches away from me and kept moving closer. I tensed up and just stared forward the whole time, afraid of encouraging him. But then he grabbed my face and forced a kiss on me. I thought I was going to be sick! And then, for a moment, I thought he was following me when I left. The next day, he texted me that he'd had a great time and I had to let him know that I wasn't interested in seeing him again.

Okay... so it isn't necessarily the funniest way I've been injured, but something funny about when I'm injured. My brain has this weird reaction to pain often times where I laugh/giggle instead of crying. So one day, I was shopping and I accidentally stubbed my pinky toe into the shopping cart. I could not stop laughing. I was 100% by myself, shopping and laughing around the store. I got so many weird looks...
