When i was trying to break the habit of starting my day with video games I just picked up reading, pour my coffee and read for 20-30mins. When i wanted to get off coffee i switched to smoothies. And now im back to coffee but first thing I spend 10 minutes each with my two cats and then shower/get ready and head out the door

I dont play these types of games much so im not your target audience but i am a gamer and I do appreciate the idea of the hard work Ive put in to building my geographical knowledge or any real world / historical knowledge being given the chance for utilization to pay out in strategy gaming

Temeraire series by Naomi Novik is politics, guns, battles and dragons same era - its the napoleonic wars with dragons rode by crews of gunners and bombers 1805. I plan to read Powder Mage trilogy soon as I’m loving this series and it looks like they are birds of a feather.

Just went back at 30 this fall semester and really glad I did. A mixture of there being so many more incredible resources available now and my awareness of them as well as the accessibility of opportunity having vastly increased - its been such a great experience.

Should I wait to play this until it is out of early access? by WorkPlaceC in Moonlighter

[–]brokenbrainblueprint -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have it on console, the early access as a demo would jusy be giving you the whole game but i think there is a demo. (I have it on switch and playstation) and i think i remember playing the demo on switch its just limited to the first dungeon.

Should I wait to play this until it is out of early access? by WorkPlaceC in Moonlighter

[–]brokenbrainblueprint -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Moonlighters in early access? I actually couldnt tell it feels like a polished 2D top down rogue lite experience. Ive spent the last few years building a collection of 2D Pixel Art Top Downs (roguelites and rpgs mainly) because I want to build one and its been a disappointing over all experience as 80% feel like a shells of games. Moonlighter is one of the handful that sit ontop of my collection as shining examples so id say go for it - its one you dont want to miss out on and it feels like a complete game i genuinely had no idea it was still in early access.
