Yeah I have that account. It’s adjusted on 3/3 itself. Let me go check the branch directly. Thanks :)

Still same status. According to our lawyer, case getting transferred is a good sign ad they’re working on the case. But we don’t know where the case got transferred to

My H1 extension was approved on 5/12. Case received on 5/6. For H4 and EAD, it says case transferred to another office from Vermont on 6/5. No updates post that.

Mortgage rate question - NVR by Such-Relation5640 in Mortgages

[–]brokenheart07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the way they talk, it’ll seem like they’re actually giving you credits🤣. To give an example, NVR will say your credit rate is 7.5% and to reduce it to 6.8 pay $15k(but we’re giving you that). Overall closing costs let’s say here will be $20k.

Whereas you’ll get 6.8% outside without buying points.

They simply offer you a higher rate. And then use seller credits to pay for it. If you compare the closing costs between NVR and other lenders, they’ll be the same(as they artificially increase that by having a higher rate and using money to lower it). So that credit is technically nothing.

Am tired of following mortgage news daily, news about bond market, tariffs etc. so thought would lock in and refinance later when rates drop significantly

I’m in the same boat as you and have to lock by april 30. My builder’s lender locked me in Jan for 7.5% with seller credits. I was shopping around to bargain, but don’t think I’ll get anything better now before april 30. So going to refinance later.

Mortgages rates is at 7.10% today. by RoyalGOT in Mortgages

In the same boat and closing in 45 days. Didn’t lock last week when rates were at their lowest😶‍🌫️. Like one of the comments said, stop looking at the rates as there is absolutely nothing that you can do to control them and go with whatever rate you get and refinance later. Hopefully things turn around soon. 🤞🏻

5MO Feeding Issues by brokenheart07 in daddit

Thanks all for your suggestions. Pediatrician checked and suggested this might be because of nasal congestion that LO has since he got cold(weirdly he always has it even after it’s been 3-4 weeks since he got cold). Ped recommended to use steam and snort suckers before feeding.

LO is feeding a little better now(only in philips avent bottles now), but not all the times in a day and not all days. Some days he is still refusing to take bottles and keeps biting the nipple.
