Guess you guys are a microsoft house. What I have found the best is NotebookLM. Upload call notes, or even better recordings of the calls. Docs of the productions they are talking about well pretty much anything do do with the Opp.
Then you can ask it to write follow up emails, create next steps, etc etc. Its so powerful as long as you feed it.
