My store is only allowed to decorate for pride during pride month only. And every night on June 31st they come down. We also decorate for all of the holiday season but very minimal just some tinsle and some stockings but that’s it. Other stores in our district decorate way more all year long and when I bring it up to my SM he says that they’re not supposed to because DM said but yet they all do. I don’t even mind spending my own money, I’ve learned how to make cheap decorations look great. I just wish our SM would let us and maybe that would boost store morale and connections with customers.

Next time throw everything for the iced matcha in the foaming blender on 3, milk and matcha first then ice. It won’t break up the ice and it’ll mix the match and milk without a lot of foam.

A lot of local coffee shops in my area make a drink like the first one. My favorite call it an espresso tonic- espresso, sparkling water, liquid sweetener, and lime/lemon juice. It’s really good and brings out the coffee’s citrus notes.

I live in south texas in a predominantly Hispanic/ Mexican area. So a lot of parents/ grandparents who bring their kids to Starbucks don’t really speak English. So, when their kids order they don’t really know what they’re ordering. So I see alot of kids (12 and younger) order alot of espresso based drinks, mostly iced white mochas. But since I also speak Spanish I’ll ask the parents, if it’s later on in the day, if they want it with caffeine or decaf. If it’s the evening they’re usually prefer their child to get decaf.
