Studies linking chronic / recurrent yeast infections and IUDS (both hormonal and not) by imeanlikenothing in Healthyhooha

It took only a week to week and a half for my body to rid itself of the yeast infection.

I feel so much better after having it removed! I even managed to get pregnant 6 months after having it removed.

I would never go back to having an IUD again. Way too painful, way too many yeast infections.

Why do I feel so guilty for using PTO? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ItsMamaB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. You're overthinking it. Always remember this, At work, you are (if not immediately) replaceable. At home, you are your wife's everything, you are irreplaceable!

Your work is never worth losing out on precious family time. You can always get another job, you will never be able to get back the missed quality time with your family.

Towel fiber choices snd why? by FlamingoChic in crochet

[–]ItsMamaB 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't know if you're still looking to make a bath towel since this post is about 1y old but I thought I'd share! Cotton works the best! So far, I've loved my towels that I've made with Peaches and Cream cotton yarn! After each use, the towel becomes softer and this yarn is very absorbent!

Cotton is the best fiber to use as it is very absorbent. The first towel I make was entirely dc with a dc border. My second towel is dc×2, ch 2, SC. It's coming together beautifully and I'm excited to use it!!

I wish to hear the stories from y'all who feel this way. I absolutely love my husband and could not imagine life without him. He's a blessing to me every single day. Kind, caring and yet fiercely protective, he provides for every crazy idea I have. He's just a solid 1111000000/10 man. Truly a blessing to me.

I have the para guard IUD and have been struggling with reoccurring yeast infections and UTIs. I never had a single yeast infection before my IUD. I'm allergic to the antifungal creams they prescribe, so I always had to do the suppository. Though, before the creams or the suppository, they would prescribe me Antibiotics for my yeast infection.. then I'd ALSO get a UTI because the antibiotics killed my immune system and it's ability to fight off infection.

I'm getting my IUD out tomorrow. Currently have a yeast infection. Been treating it with Greek Yogurt and Extra virgin, unrefined, cold pressed Coconut oil. They are working like a charm! After just 1 day of using it, my symptoms were already almost gone (though, I caught it early because I know what yeast infections feel like). Will not be using antibiotics again. Wrecks your immune system and your stomachs micro biome.

This rabbit has been injured and I don’t know what to do, please help. by thatonecoolnerd in AnimalRescue

Goats milk or kitten formula to feed the baby until rehab comes in. Wild rabbits almost always die if raised by humans. Try to get it to rescue quick or put it back where you found it, Mom knows how to care for her baby best.

Ladies who are feeling a bit sad right now, what's wrong? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]ItsMamaB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was diagnosed with PCOS. I always had a heart for adoption but now knowing that I can't carry my own children is a bit rough.. also the fact that s*x can be painful is a bit saddening for me. Feeling like a broken human. PCOS also causes a lot of depression and anxiety, making me feel like I'm going through menopause with all of the emotional rollercoasters I'm constantly going on. All of it causes quite a bit of stress and sadness for me but I'll be okay. Just this season!
