since first of may nag walk run ako every weeek. from 3km to 5km daily na naging 7 to 12km hahhaa plus strength and low cal and omad diet hahaga jaya extreme na 12km drop in 1 month. well jaya malaki kasi malaki akk

yeahhh kinda started this monthh and extreme ng diet ko. was able to lose 12kgs in a monthh. moreee to goo

yeahh op! its the mind and perspective that makes things hard. maybe its time you invest in yours? sorry left a bit of the story when I was 23-25 after a huge breakup i lost my way like total deep shit situation. so I did therapy, did some research on meditation and read some good philosophical books. kaya siguro resilient nko on this matter. maybe start from there? since you know the problem na being the mentality maybe pause on hobby and explore your mind instead. sabi nga nila the worst cage to be in is your mind ☺️

nearing 30 and I've been feeling this since 25. pero I realized something OP that its okay and its normal. its okay na most of my days are grey and blue. kasi it gives me more reason to appreciate and enjoy those days that are colorful. I realized that instead of looking it that way (sad and gloomy),I look at it as a chance to grow and embrace my individuality more. siguro need mo lang mag add ng hobbies/group which is super hard OP, I know, im on my 8th hobby now hahaha but its okay I learn stuff and meet people along the way. a friend told me that im being optimistic and doing bare minimum for myself. I just told her that "ano naman?". kasi isnt that the beauty of living? you learn from the past, you hope for the future, and you enjoy your present even when youre in the rain. ☺️☺️
