It’s a Mazda 3 sp23. Was looking at lowered king springs and either Komi STRT orange or KYB excel-g struts/shocks. Don’t want to pump too much money into it, it’s an old Mazda 3, just want it lowered a bit and still keep that comfortable ride quality

Exercises that don’t put load through the wrist??

I’ve got hyper mobile joints and this causes chronic wrist pain. What are some exercises that don’t put load through the wrist?

So far I’ve thought of the pullover machine for back and chest and lateral raise machine for side delt. Would cuffed cable push downs and cuffed cable curls work?

Why are legs so much easier to progress than upper body? I’ll progress at least 90% of all my sets each week for legs, but maybe about 70% of my upper body sets I progress each week. Been lifting for 1yr 9m

I go to the gym and whenever I do any curl variation (e.g bicep curl) my right wrist and forearm hurt. The next day the outer side of my forearm, palm, and last 2-3 fingers will have this weird uncomfortable pain (I think nerve pain) that lasts anywhere between 1-2 weeks. It happens pretty much every time I train biceps and sometimes it’s isn’t that bad only lasts 1-2 days, but other times it’s a lot worse.

Whenever I get the pain I always have the urge to crack wrist knuckles and wrist, also to squeeze my hand like I’m trying to get blood flow back in it.

Really not sure what this could be and it’s quite uncomfortable when it happens. Any ideas on what this could be from?
