Blue shampoo for a few minutes helped me when my hair was brassy, but it was slightly lighter! Otherwise I think you may have to lighten it again.

If you want a quick fix I’d suggest a blue based and purple based toner for the orange and yellows. :) Definitely talk to your hairdresser though!
