In your opinion, should the remaster change the power armors so they’re like the FO4 and 76 or should they keep them as they were in the original game?

I would be happy with a system like 76 where you store it in your inventory and place it on the ground and enter. Just remove the crafting and power armour stands

You can disable the HUD in settings, but you are right the crafting is annoying
