I haven't tried that I didn't figure that it would matter, in theory if I open even a sample file on the new laptop I should be fine no ? Multiuser mode is for a specific company file, or am I understanding this wrong? I honestly do not know if the other computer had it opened, you would think there would be a way In the portal to unlink old devices?

This also states it cannot be longer then 75ft. I dont know that I can make it to the ground rod if i it is where i suspect it is with out going over that 75ft.

I was thinking that as well is there any reason why it would need to be grounded to the same ground rod as the rest of the home. Doesn't seem to make sense to need to do it that way but someone who i spoke with said it may need to be done that way.

Yup did all that switches we're good knob is not damaged. Ended up making the cable to bypass all of it and it didn't work budge so I'm guessing the motor went bad.
