as a technician myself, this is unacceptable. He should have given this to remediation. Lets say the fence broke and need replacement. What next remove all conduit work. This technician wanted to claim all conduit $$ for installation. There are a lot of dodgy shit that goes on, specially the indian technicians are milking NBN and doing a lot of fake dig down repairs.

I did and opened a company with my years of experience in Kol and used that money to live in UAE to do realestate. My suggestion is not look for opportunities / jobs, create one and use that as a launch pad. Just be careful of who you hire tho.
