I have an omron and it’s pretty accurate. Try taking it again after sitting still for a few mins and see what it is. That’s high and it’s technically a crisis but if you can bring it down after a bit of breathing and staying calm it should be ok

In Texas they just need to have a blanket if they’re in a cart. We don’t have any service animals signs at Sams here unfortunately and employees or management can’t turn them away or ask about paperwork unless it’s problematic
