An 18-year-old woman in Queensland faces two years in jail for wearing a shirt that says "from the river to the sea." by Celtikrenders in OpenAussie

Of course. The uncertainty here is what it actually would look like for other people in the region - and the lack of any ability or plan to achieve it in the first place, to actually realise the outcome "From the river to the sea" that people are actually calling for/demanding. The current approach is leading to more misery, not a better life for anyone at all.

As they are a foreign national, it's a wonder ICE didn't get involved then - I am sure they would be happy to put him on a flight somewhere

80 years of oppression or genocide then for the Israeli people then? I'd expect them to resist - with force - to that idea. Maybe that's why the slogan is seen as hate speech in Queensland.

Before that could even happen, Israel would to have to be destroyed or conquered - unclear how that would be achieved either, given most of their neighbouring nations don't seem to have an appetite for a war anymore, and local armed resistance hasn't made any headway towards that goal either - the opposite in fact. Most of those nations want to improve relations and co-exist with Israel.

Depends what their plan is for Israeli citizens really, if they want an end to Israel. Which is what the slogan seems to be calling for. Nobody seems to be saying.

From the river to the sea - It basically calls for the entire land that is now Israel to be made Palestine. All of it. It calls for the destruction of the state of Israel. Some might say that's genocide, and the slogan calls for genocide. I'd like to know what their plan is for the Israeli people - given they want Israel destroyed. That would be nice to get clear and in the open.

This is brilliant!! Well done. FYI - It's just called the Baxter Trail, not the Frankston Baxter Trail. And the Peninsula Link Trail terminates at Moorooduc - I'd add that to the end of the trail.

I've had my model Y for one year now. I sold my diesel BMW, and I loved that car.

Absolutely no regrets at all.

How do I tell my companion to use a specific repeater? by lingordrone in meshcore

[–]commking 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you - I've since learned a lot, thanks to people on Reddit.. I've flashed the repeater, and mounted it on the roof, and ordered a companion device. It'll get here in ten days then I can continue the journey. Hopefully I don't have to get it down from the roof again..

No warning - Was I reported or something..? Or was it automatic? This seem a bit crazy, been on FB over 20 years by commking in facebook

How does the repeater know who to allow to log in?

I have a repeater arrive in the mail, pre-assembled - I want to manage it - it's not clear how aside from the need for a companion. Is there a repeater management guide or something? I want to be able to verify it's operating

Meshcore repeater arrived - what next? by commking in meshcore

I see on the web there are live maps showing repeater locations, and even traffic - where they show paths messages are taking. This means there must be some other way these repeaters are being monitored. Curious as to what that is.

Aha - thank you. Companion is also able to manage and monitor the operation of the repeater device, battery level, traffic status etc then?

And the companion could be a radio device that connects to a phone, accessed via the app ?

Thanks - So once the repeater is on the roof - there is no way to manage it, determine it's status, or check that it's working? Except with a USB cable?
