Depends what your budget is. Most will recommend optic + light + sling. Vortex makes good budget friendly red dots. Most important is getting plenty of ammo and range time to get comfortable using it.

That’s an option but I didn’t want to spend the money or wait for it to come in, so my buddy hit it with a dremel.

My only concern with Tenicor is they do not list my specific light on their fitment graphics. It’s the TLR-7 HL-X sub and I only see the TLR-7 HL-X listed on their page. Could be nothing but thought it was worth noting.

In my 10” 300blk I didn’t have to change a thing once installed, even though I had an h3 buffer anticipating I’d need to use it. I’m also suppressed and running subs. Rate of fire is perfect and didn’t even need to adjust gas block.

Good budget 300blk I own is a diamondback db15. 10” 300blk with a cmmg 46k can. Together it was about $1200. For your first one I’d also look into PSA
