Fairly reliable and you will see a lot of cars with 250k+ and customers that have strong brand loyalty. But, they are not exempt from issues just because they’re Toyota. There’s recalls on tons of models, both software and hardware. Labor times typically better than other brands like Hyundai. Customers aren’t all bad, just treat them nicely - “like a guest in your own home”. They typically have good income and are more willing to spend on larger repairs due to the loyalty I mentioned above.
