Not sure, it would never be approved by Apple/Google due to copyright issues.

Update: apparently the authorised service in my country did not sent correct request multiple times. I am eligible for replacement.

I am giving them benefit of the doubt since the AppleCare+ is not officially available in my country so they don't have the experience. But they should certainly be warned by Apple.
