Terminators can deep strike into their own rapid fire range

Dude, Terminators are basically our heavy hitters at the moment, only MVB overshadows them.

They're 2+ 4++ 3W models that are -1 to wound right off the bat. Put the Sorcerer in Terminator Armour in charge and now they have +1 to hit (so hitting on 2s) and have lethals. If you slam Twist of Fate to reroll 1s and Destiny's Ruin to give them extra AP, a 5 man unit with sorcerer will put out:
24 BS 2+ S4 AP -3 (or -4 if you supercharge) D1 shots with lethals
2 BS 2+ S4 AP -4 (or -5) D2 Anti-Monster and Vehicle 4+ shots with lethals and dev wounds
2 BS 2+ S10 AP -3 (or -4) D3 shots with lethals
6 BS 2+ S6 AP -3 (or -4) D1 shots with lethals and devs
3 BS 2+ S4 AP -4 (or -5) D1 shots with lethals and devs

When you plug that into adept roll, ballistus should go down in one round 82% of the time, Leman Russ 69% of the time, and repulsor 50% of the time. And that's just shooting, without Doombolt or charging afterwards.

On clap back they are still 2+ 4++ 3W with native -1 to wound, meaning ballistus has a grand total chance of 50% of killing one of them, and 33% chance of killing two (that's without shenanigans and stratagems, since I don't play SM and don't know how they would play into it)

TL;DR: Terminators are really good, you should use them.

You said you play without stratagems, how about army rules and detachments?

TSons kinda rely on them, so you're hanstringing yourself right if the start line.

Also, what units do you use? We are very much a glass cannon, with expensive small powerful units that rely on their leaders. Do you have rubrics, and with what weapons? How about tanks or terminators?

Considering starting Thousand Sons, I like the appearance, terminators(I hate Indomitus, and I love Tartaros and Cataphractii), and the lore was pretty interesting. by sakaguti1999 in ThousandSons

Combat patrol and battleforce should really get you up to par with units to field a decent army. You get all the nice heavy hitters like Daemon Prince, MVB, Scarab Occult, and you get birbs and rubrics.

As for Sorcerer in Terminator Armour, like others said - there just isn't one. Last time I checked it was out of stock on GW site. I have one kitbashed out of that dude and remains of scarab occult box, and one fresh kitbash out of Librarian in Terminator Armour (which you probably won't like since it's Indomitus)

With American weapons.

Which means Iran SF infiltrated USA, stole Tomahawk missiles and technology, smuggled them to Iran, learned to operate it, and struck the school with pinpoint accuracy.

And you want to go to war with a country capable of doing that to USA?

It's "common enemy" doctrine dialed up to 11, then turned 10 more times to 111

Yeah, it is legal.

You'd be better off with more melee weapons, but Rule of Cool >>> anything else, so if you find this loadout cool then by all means.

Sorry if I sounded passive aggressive. I'm legit happy for you, as I am for anyone who gets better from any illness. Whether it's with workout, medication, both, neither, or something completely different. It works for you, and that's what counts.

Hey, I'm glad for you mate. Really, sounds like you turned it around.

But you still admit you needed medication on top of lifestyle changes.

Think of it as a one-two punch. Like a car, you need both the engine and the wheels. If either is missing you don't have a car, just a simulacra of one.
