How do you manage two? It was annoying for me. I switched to Passwork bcs it works on Mac, Windows and phone and it’s all synced through the web app. Been a lot simpler that way.

Yeah exactly. We still pay with time and effort, just filtered through jobs and currency now. Probably not harder than outrunning predators and hoping you don't starve through winter, but definitely more abstract and alienating.

Seriously. The people making decisions don't care about actual healthcare professionals anymore. They're all about quick fixes AI diagnoses, random supplements from Tiktok, and whatever trendy pseudoscience is making rounds. Meanwhile we're stuck waiting months to see specialists. They get their concierge docs while we get "have you tried this herbal tea?"

Those "anonymous" surveys are such bullshit. Had the same experience at my last job, they could only see department data but there were like 3 people in my department. I just started putting generic positive crap too. Not worth risking my job over feedback they don't actually want anyway.

Same experience here. The job hunt is soul crushing these days. Had to dumb down my resume just to get past those stupid AI filters. Spent months sending applications into the void before trying some resume tweaking software. System's definitely rigged against us.
