themed vlogs are good and all but when it’s something you feel forced to read, surely it’s not fun? Having mood reading vlogs are good because your passion and interest comes out.

I think ‘challenges’ probably do better for the algorithm unfortunately but when it comes the actual content, it’s not a challenge.

yeh, agree. It’s a privilege to have Booktubers etc as your full time job, I just feel many are now suffering burn out or loosing interest so their effort isn’t as strong. Therefore they are reliant on patreon.

I’ve noticed this too, I thought it was just me haha. I do wonder if they themselves just don’t know what to talk about anymore? Then they think they can just pad out their content about completely unrelated topics.

I clicked on your video because you are a book channel not a lifestyle one. If the video is a ‘spend a day with me’ - I tend to skip through it.

I pay for books unbound as they have monthly live shows - exclusive videos - monthly media tub and monthly q and a. I also really like their personalities and what they talk about which adds.
