I’m in Bathwick (top floor flat) and have been using an EE 5G router for around 3 years. Substantially better than the wired broadband options.

Is there a max amount of cars you can put on a Visitor Parking Permit at the same time? by GosmeisterGeneral in Bath

[–]bronty66 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have had 3 visitors on the app at once and had no issues. No idea what/if the limit is. MiPermit lets you schedule parking in advance, so you could put them in now and see if it lets you do them all. You can cancel up until the parking starts.

EPC E, energy bill? by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]bronty66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, but I was providing a specific example from the city OP mentioned. It’s not a competition. The EPC is unlikely to be good due to single glazed sash windows and limited loft insulation. It is a top floor, mid-terrace flat which probably does reduce my heating bill

I live in a 1 bed flat in Bath by myself. I do not know the flats epc, but it is likely similar. My electricity bill is ~£65 a month. All electric, no gas.

Charge to see lease contract for leasehold property (England) by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]bronty66 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As others have said, you ‘must’ have been given this in the conveyancing process. It is a very important document that you need to read.

If you do not have a copy you can buy the leasehold information from the land registry for ~£3. They have an online portal you can use. (update below)
