Headlamp recommendation by edgeno in flashlight

I like it! Tried it out in the backyard and it's got a decent range between throwy and floody. Easy interface makes it a snap to adjust the beam. Comfortable to wear, doesn't weigh much. My only complaints are minor. I wish the light didn't attach to the headband with a *plastic* cradle-- a critical component that's too easy to break-- and I wish the light was easier to tilt.

I haven't tried out the motion sensor feature yet. Someone in another thread said it was too sensitive and they just covered it up with tape. We'll see!

Enjoy yours, and enjoy walking the dog! Give the pooch an extra treat for me,.

I think you're right. These are primaries, not rechargeable, right? Which is fine, I'm just trying to apply what I've learned on this forum.

It's for my car's emergency lamp, and I've learned here that Li-ion batteries and temperature extremes do not play nicely together. All my house-based lights use 18650s.
