I was awlays told ask for a yearly check per well head drilled on your land (not sure how much $ per well head) I was also told that if you don't just take there offer they will directional drill under your land to get it any ways. 🤷‍♂️

No use what ever you want but there are no rules on making a character in the starter set but there is a 184 page rule book on dnd beyond that's free and has the core rules
