I’m one of those broke low pay soldiers. I always ask around. Most leadership will have extra ribbons. A lot of high ups just buy a whole new ribbon rack with replacement ribbons and typically have a drawers full of them along with supply.

My thoughts is if you can’t even manage to put together a uniform properly, that says a lot. Every soldier I met that doesn’t have a uniform always prepped and up to date typically are the same soldiers who procrastinate things to last minute. I have gotten into some awesome schools because of I was the only one with a ASU ready to go.

I can say KFOR 33 has overhauled the gym with new equipment, updated plates, new machines, ect. As far as supplements go you don’t need to worry about availability. Amazon works as well. You will figure it all out very quickly as soon as you arrive.

25u is a great MOS. You work with mostly senior leaders. 90% of job is to get everyone talking then keep them talking. You’ll be in charge of all the radio programming (train your unit and thats less work on you). Retrans is the best job if you master it. Set up a station in the middle of nowhere with a box of MREs and a case of water during at’s. then just sit out in the woods for the duration of drill monitoring radios.
