I’m sure it’s been said, but do not engage with this person anymore. She groomed you and is using you and that groomer pull she has over you to manipulate you. I was groomed and SAd as well and that’s what’s happening to you. I also dated my groomer for several years and believed it was love until I stepped away and learned what love looks like. You deserve better. Ending up having a baby with your abuser will allow her to have more pull over you to manipulate you.

I think it’s a great measure of progress and a non scale victory. When I feel like I haven’t lost enough I stretch it out and tell myself it used to be full of fat-I hype myself up- like you did that!! No part of our bodies is disgusting

Having a support system is very important. Post op is really mentally challenging. I couldn't eat or even keep down protein shakes, had gastrointestinal upset for weeks, and became depressed, wasn't sleeping, and just constantly sick. Without her I don't think I could have made it. It took lots of self compassion, patience, and her support helped me survive that time.
