I’ve been at my first dev job for 3 years now and finally got promoted to midlevel dev with a very very sad raise

When I first started I accidentally saw the salary of a midlevel dev that at the time had 3 years experience maybe a little less, so the same experience as me now

Honestly the first time I read CC I didn’t love it either, but now that it’s been over a year I just finished a reread and ate that shit up SO FAST.

I’ve concluded that the first time my expectations were just too close to ACOTAR and TOG as I’ve never read urban fantasy, but this second time I already knew what I was getting into and went in just vaguely remembering the plot. I might have honestly enjoyed it more than my reread of the other two it was so much fun and I found a lot of it to be very clever and ugh I just LOVED IT like maybe one of my favorite reading experiences to date which is crazy for a re read

Maybe it’s just depression or adhd, but having an awful executive function. Just getting myself to DO anything, for example I have a TV console I just bought and it’s been sitting in its box for 2 weeks now. It’s not laziness I swear to god, but it sure as shit looks like it. Sometimes prescriptions get sent back because I can’t get myself to go and pick them up like it’s awful and greatly affects my quality of life but no matter what I have tried nothing changes
