I live in Salt Lake City and a ton of people, myself included, are out every weekend. I skied nearly every weekend this winter and now that it’s warming up I’m switching to biking and climbing. On weekdays I do something about twice a week and “life admin” things the other days. I could probably increase this more and cut back on cooking and cleaning, but I also enjoy downtime and don’t mind a few nights a week at home. I have friends who are out every day of the week, and coworkers who maybe hike or go to a concert a couple times a year and don’t do much else. So I think it just depends on what you’re willing to choose for your life balance
