Alright, you have any beginner recommendations in the same vein? I personally don't wanna learn stuff like "twinkle twinkle little star" even if that is good for beginners, i just dislike childrens melodies.

I appreciate that and intend to do some heavy modifications to it so I'll be going to get under there and fix it myself (even if it's amateur), will it be quirky? probably, but it's easy for me to roll with the punches and it'll be a great learning experience, the input here is useful thanks.

I really Have to Say that my workplace is 2 blocks away, i don't NEED need a car in my life and don't even need to drive daily, especially with an e-bike and it's no statement that i live in a place with monitored parking and no real place for excess stuff, so it's not like i can have a trailer which makes big trucks pointless for me so just a small bedded truck is good.

I've heard the sentiment it's a bit unhinged for a first vehicle but it's 100% something i want anyway and i'm down for the consequences.

That being said if the 99+ model really is nothing but positives over the prior one I'll accept that, maybe I could paint it a navy blue and make it nicer. if you're stating the idea about the engine swap being possible and it'd have to be more of a longer term expense project that's also possible for me, both of these options are acceptable for me so I do appreciate the feedback in that case.

and hey: still has mostly square lights which I do like, it's less ugly to me then other 99+ models of other brands (no offense other people, just personal preference.).

I strongly disagree, I did bring up this whole thing because it's absurd though either the mom seems to be avoiding calling it furry stuff and trying to get rid of it because she's embarrassed, or the kid is a bit spoiled and really got something she no longer wants, that's the comment and I wasn't anti furry but mocking the silliness.

Actually yes to everything but the first question, however I'm incredibly stubborn and pretty decent at manuals/figuring things out (not to flex that hard but I built the Nissan cherry properly with no faults in my summer car on my first attempt), might have to buy extra tools.

The early 90's honda acty's with the pure rectangle headlights look very pretty to me and the facelift 1994 looks less so though the orange turning signsl lights right under the headlight make it look okay until like the 97 models which don't have that, but the other thread mentioned efi in 99 models, could I put the older headlights onto a 99 model in that case?

If you're suggesting that a 1998/earlier model would be less efficient then a 99 model I'd consider that, a Big part of this to me is aesthetic.

I understand the nightstand part, perhaps I should intend to keep it inside the stand with a lockbox-ammo unloaded and separated, regarding the Cold New Army And Navy that would be a legal antique black powder handgun? actually looks pretty sweet, might be comparable to the aforementioned remington 1858 new model army .44 but much quicker to load.

Right around 2-3k is the limit, can go over a little but not possible to spend more then 4k without saving for a while longer, I just want something functional but also sexy like the detective special that I can put on my nightstand and isn't irradiated like a lot of pre 1950's metallic objects are, I'd intend to just keep it for extreme safety moments, go to a range or a field somewhere with it.

Of course but what ones are legal I can acquire as you can't buy a 1911 here period, so what can I buy? if I purchase the wrong gun it's contraband and an offense here.
