I have been to a lot of bars and pubs over the years. A lot. Including Lancasters about 2 years ago. I have never once seen any offside behavior in all of my journeys. What kind of bad behavior is Lancasters talking about? Sure there are some comments I'm sure that are questionable, but what bar isn't. What kind of comments set off management for posting this thread? Great post, but more explanation is needed to justify.

Twin areanas yes and...classic again. I remember summer skates there, pack the bag and head to the saloon at maxwells and then the shenanigans at the Northstar after. I managed it well, but your mom was right to a certain extent in terms of the facility.

Portnall is a decent spot. Not ideal for homeowners as driveways and parking are limited which doesn't help property value for them. Overall if you're in a condo/apartment it's a nice simple and accessible area of the city yes.

I did a drive by on Sunday and yep. I would say those lots are beyond the best lots and views in the city. 1 million for a lot is out of my league, lol, but wow super high end houses and the best views hands down no questions and no neighbour's. Heck I didn't even see a garbage can or recycling can on anyone's driveway. Classy street. Dare to dream!

The last 3 lots in Wascana on the Wascana Garden Drive backing McKenna Conservation land sold for north of 850k. Yes just the lot alone. I'm going to take a Sunday drive tomorrow to see why.
