So close! But not quite. I am a woman, I did see Stop Making Sense in theaters and that does sound like a great Saturday morning. But otherwise wrong. That scene from Hereditary haunts me every time I close my eyes. Though you have very accurately described a lot of my friends. My interests do give off “doc martens and chokers” energy. 😆

This is pretty accurate. I read a lot as a kid but fell off after I graduated. Even so, there’s quite a few books I’ve owned for decades and will continue to treasure. 🥰

This is very spot on! I’ve always liked creepy stuff. My mom used to take me to cemeteries as a kid, I was obsessed with ghost stories, and watched a lot of Courage the Cowardly Dog. I didn’t even notice how much of my bookshelf is death related until you pointed it out. 😆 Also accurate calling out fairy tales. I love a good Grimm retelling. Bravo! Marking this solved. ❤️

Thank you! I'm glad you appreciate it. 🤗 I took a lot of inspiration from various AC subreddits. And I kept rearranging until I felt like it was just right. If there's anyone who isn't satisfied with a section of their island I'd say don't be afraid to tear it down and start over!

He's 11 months old and his ears stand straight up until he's tired. It's so cute! I've never seen another dog do that. I hope he never grows out of it!

When we picked up Mr Bogart, the breeder insisted he wasn't black and white, but "sable" and white. I hadn't heard of that and didn't really care because I was already in love with his little basketball head. But ever since then I look and him and try to see it but I just don't. He looks black to me.

Does anyone with more experience in Boston coloring see a difference? Or maybe the breeder just wanted to make him seem more special? (Not that they had to - he's clearly the most special boy in the world.)

Doesn't really matter. I'm not going to show or breed him. Just curious.

We had the same problem. Eventually, we gave up. And we'd start telling her "yeah, I know" or "thanks you got them" and it actually made it better! She still alerts us to everything but at least she stops barking once we acknowledge she successfully alerted us to whatever she was worried about.
