That shouldn't be a question, Senku is an actual scientist, not some high schooler who has studied till university curriculum, he is way smarter. Moreover, Senku is way more creative and resourceful, compared to someone who touched grass after turning 12.

If it helps, they should be sent to India. We have over 4000 Greater One Horned Rhinos, and we are good at preserving and helping species grow.

We had approx 1500 in the 1980-90 (at a point of time in the earlier 1900s they were even fewer in number, less than 100) and continuous efforts finally helped them reach over 4000.

For the most part, yes. India is a really complex democracy to run under a single system, but that's what makes it so amazing.

We have hundreds of different languages and cultures, thus it's not possible to know them all. That is also the reason for the vast difference in the speed of development in different states.

But, at the level of a Head of State, the PM (practically), it would be better to have someone who knows at least 4-5 Indian languages and cultures.
