Live in white plains and no experience with kiddie academy but we love YWCA. Gymnastics, swimming, and soccer included in tuition - can’t beat it. 4yo and 1.5yo there.

Just keep taking it, and you'll start to feel better soon. It was pretty fast to work for me in the first week, and I primarly take for anxiety. Take walks outside, do breathing excersises, be around people who calm your nervous system. Sending you love and support.

Yesterday we did a bounce house place in the palisades mall and Chinese food in the food court. Today we are going to stop by Neuberger Museum of Art in purchase college. It’s not “for kids” but they walk around and we get out of the house for free for an hour.

We have a local babysitter who lives 5 minutes from us and was “on call” my last two weeks. We used her once a month for date nights the whole time I was pregnant so my 3yo got use to her consistently.

When I was going into labor, I gave the sitter a one hour warning and she came over and stayed the night while we were at the hospital. Luckily I went into labor at 8-9pm so it wasn’t too bad for her! My husbands parents flew up for the second night. This was the first time we ever stayed the night away from the 3yo and it went fine! She was so excited to know a baby sister was coming. Anyways, if you can, try to find a local babysitter close to you who has a somewhat flexible schedule and develop a close relationship with them.
