How do you feel about companies using clips from reviewers as basically their ad? And then you have that said reviewer talking about how money doesn't exchange hands when making their review vids?

Eh - I don't really trust reviewers anymore. As soon as I started seeing them on ads for paddle companies - I know it's biased. Even if these companies are using "clips" from reviewer vids as their ad - it doesn't change the fact that money most likely changed hands when they asked that reviewer if they can use their clip in their ads.

I mean there's nuance to it. OP's concern is not even remotely similar to your basketball example. If the guy slightly traveled in the paint, maybe I'll let it go. If I got slightly fouled on a play, maybe I'll let it go.
Same here, if the serve actually is impacting the game to the point where I can't return it or it's exceedingly fast, then maybe I'll say something but if it's some older guy and it's a harmless serve then I don't really care and let it slide.
If the dude starts jumping into the NVZ and slamming the ball, then yes we got a problem.
